No matter what anyone says, you saw this at Monuts first. When we first opened our doors on Parrish Street in early 2013, we forgot to order hot sauce.  We quickly learned that this was unacceptable.  In a moment of panic and exhaustion, I combined two of my favorite things, sriracha and maple syrup, and offered it as a peace offering to our customers.  The rest, as they say, is history.  This sauce is sweet and spicy and the perfect accent to breakfast sandwiches and potatoes.  It’s the flagship condiment at Monuts and once you try it, you’ll want to keep it in your fridge year-round.
