9-inch Dutch Apple Pie with Sour Cream Custard and Walnut Crumble.  
 
This is not your traditional apple pie, but it's delicious and is maybe even better a day or two later eaten cold straight from the fridge.  Imagine if a cheese danish and an apple pie decided they were really into each other, moved in together to save on rent and then a few years later had a baby.  The sour cream custard is like vanilla ice cream baked into the pie-  it adds a layer of magic that far exceeds the sum of it's parts.
