Although I bake for a living,  semi-homemade is how I survive and raise three small kids and a business all at the same time.  If having a pre-made pie crust will make your Thanksgiving any bit less stressful and more maneagle, DO IT!  Our crusts are made 100% by hand by our incredible bakers and feature high-fat european butter, NC milled flour and little else.  We use them in the shop daily, so we know they're good!
