Rather than being a static document, the Monuts menu will change weekly based on feedback from our customers, trends in demand and the availability of seasonal ingredients.
That being said, here are few things you can count on. Every week, Monuts will offer some combination of seasonally inspired yeast and cake donuts. Depending on how busy and/or inspired we are, the menu might also include a specialty dough (i.e. sweet potato, vegan, gluten free or old fashioned). At the beginning of the week, we’ll announce our menu on our e-mail list, homepage, facebook and on twitter. So, add our blog to your readers and follow us on twitter to stay up-to-date on our menu!
One of my favorite aspects of donut-making is experimenting with new flavors and doughs. So, if you have a hankering for something that I’m not currently making, let me know! I love a good challenge, so send us an e-mail at monutsdonuts@gmail.com with "Flavor Challenge" as the subject and we’ll see what we can do. We’ll even let you name the donut if it makes it to the weekly menu.
